zantaf.store is operated by ZANTAF LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean ZANTAF LLC. References to “you” mean the person using the site or placing an order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that this is the case and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We describe our products as accurately as we can, and the photography on this site shows the actual product. Even so, colours can vary between screens, and minor variations in stitching, finish and measurement are normal in manufactured goods and are not defects.

Zantaf products are pet accessories. They are not medical devices, personal protective equipment, or safety-certified equipment, and we make no claim that they prevent injury, illness or hearing damage. See our Disclaimer for important safety information about supervised use.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if the item is out of stock, if there was a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. If an item’s price was obviously wrong and you could reasonably have recognised it as an error, we are not obliged to supply it at that price.

Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping and any taxes, duties or customs charges. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by your country. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider.

Orders are dispatched in 1 to 2 business days from United States. Estimated transit times are 3 to 7 business days domestically and 7 to 21 business days internationally. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays and customs processing are outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Please check that address carefully. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and orders lost because of an incorrect address are not refundable.

Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system;
• interfere with the site’s operation, including by introducing malicious code or placing unreasonable load on it;
• scrape, copy or republish site content except as permitted below.

The Zantaf name, logo, product designs, photography, text and site design are owned by ZANTAF LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution or creating derivative works, requires our prior written permission.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZANTAF LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZANTAF LLC and its officers and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site or our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts located in Wyoming shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, except that consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence where mandatory local law gives them that right.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
